• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; specific timelines will be noted on the product page.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Customs and Duties

• For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Civilian is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
   

Shipping Restrictions

• Due to the safety-critical nature of our products, we cannot ship to certain restricted regions. You will be notified at checkout if your location is ineligible.
   

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Civilian is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. 

• If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us at hello@civilianco.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
